Lily's Disneyland Surprise!

We surprised my daughter Lily with a trip to Disneyland for her 6th birthday. Her reaction is priceless! She needs to be on on of those Disney commercials!!

This is definitely worth the 3 minutes. I was just waiting for them to drop the happy bomb and she exploded with so much joy that all she could do was cry. Incredible.

This is his first appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Make sure you cop the album because it's too dope.

Cher Lloyd Ft. Mike Posner-With Ur Love (Video)

After peeping a few of the comments on some of her videos, not many people like her or think too much of her. I don't really care what people say cause this joint with Mike Posner is pretty dope. Her other song may have been trash but she switched it up big time.

Willow Smith Ft. Nicki MInaj-Fireball

When I saw this in my inbox I thought this was going to be horrible but after one listen this is something I can listen to. Nicki even keeps it rated G for us.

50 Cent-Shady Murder

50 always releases some track that sounds amazing like he's hungry out here in these streets. Tough, raw, and gritty. I'm starting to feel like the old me.

I Shook Hands With A Dirty Man (Article)

You see that guy right there in the black outline? That's me. You see all those people in the blue outline? Well that's going to be you right after you read this. I took one of worst losses today on the train while I was heading home after work. Nope, it did not have to deal with any women and did not have to deal with me almost not making it home after a horrible salad. If you don't follow me on twitter that's fine but today I tweeted this:

YUCK! I know I have no one else to blame but myself but at least let me explain what happened. So I was on the train headed home from work and I'm jamming to my iPod. I have these Bose earphones so once I get into my zone, I'm definitely in my zone! So this old man is right across from me. He looks a little disheveled but not threatening in any way. I'm like 50 percent sure that he just had a hard day of work and was just letting loose on the train. How loose was he? Like a fucking goose. This man proceeds to take his old, beat up sneakers off the right foot. I am not very fond of feet and I definitely don't like any ugly feet but thank someone that he had socks on. I peep his foot (Don't ask me why I'm looking) and he takes his fingers and just starts going IN on his toes. Not only that, but the socks had a yellow stain near the 2nd and 3rd toes. He's digging for gold and just acting as if he was in his living room with no one watching. I was disgusted and usually when I feel that way I get up and go somewhere else but I was too deep in my zone.

My stop was coming up so I got up. The old dirty man put his shoes back on and got up as well. Clearly we have the same train strategy. I'm bouncing and doing my thing and he moves this can away from door before the train reaches its stop. He then says to me "If I didn't move that can then you would have tripped and fell, but I would have caught you. Us black brothers gotta look out for each other." I only heard one second of this because I removed one earphone to listen to what the old man had to say. I nodded half heartedly and then he reaches out his hand and says "My name's Sam, nice to meet you." Too busy being in my zone I introduce myself (Showing elders respect) and try to give him a pound because that's my default dap. He doesn't budge from the regular handshake and I give him a handshake. I gave him my whole hand! FUCK!! YUCK! When I shook his hand I realized that I was infected with some toe disease. Hahaha. I definitely forgot that ol' dude had his fingers all up in his toes. I quickly got off the train while he's still trying to talk to me about how black men need to look out for each other. Thank you Sam for the message but you fucked up my whole train experience dude.

I just wanted to share that quick story with you because outlandish things happen to me all the time.

Lyriciss-The Balance (Video)

The wordplay is ridiculous so when you watch the video make sure you listen very closely to the punchlines. Filmed around Uptown DC (Malcolm X Park, U Street, and Howard University) and a rooftop location in Virginia, this video provides visuals to a song embodying the mentality of Lyriciss while dealing with the perils and struggles of young Black America, along with his own personal pains and aspirations. Money, power, respect, and heart...all play a part, but where is the balance?

Flea Markets for the win

Wale Ft. Rick Ross-Tats On My Arm

And I don't reply to most bbm's so when you see a R don't be tripping. Although I have no tats at all and definitely wouldn't have any on my arm, this song is still dope. This will be featured on Wale's next album coming out 11.1.11.

Tats On My Arm

Lloyd Banks-Shock The World

Lloyd Banks comes through with the Swizz assisted track to shock the world. Don't know what this is going to be off of but be on the look out.

Well let me not speak for everyone else but I haven't heard much from them except for Twitter. So here is their mixtape which is pretty good and features artists such as Wale, Tyga, Meek Mill, Kelly Rowland, and more.

Lyriciss-The Balance [prod. Grussle]

The first single/title track from my upcoming debut album, The Balance. This song embodies the mindstate I was in while writing this album…reflecting on my position in the hip-hop rat race, my personal life, and those around me while dealing with it all. Whew. This joint is really good. I see you out chea! I'm just looking for the balance

The Balance
