and it's not one of those things where i wanna argue with you, he just had no hype. he couldn't rap from the jump. flop-a-dop. well, he's not terrible at rapping. but he didn't have too much appeal. you need an x-factor. charles hamilton wears pink and calls himself a hedgehog. asher roth is white. wale is the first DC rapper. cudi is a sing/song dude who came out with a track that nobody's ever heard before. curren$y had the balls to dip from young money, and still managed to carry himself, mixtape after mixtape, so ppl are curious as to how he'll fare after staying relevant for so long. and mickey factz is a bronx bomber, the only guy who got a big check from honda for a commercial who isn't signed. that's wild!
