Okay...Now I know everyone is probably upset right now...But just chill and watch it again and you could pick apart the video..The first 5 seconds is a struggle but it seems as if dude dropped his gun...Now that right there is not going to go too well with the cops...I'm guessing at that point they can do whatever they like to him...maybe...I don't know the rules...Now the part that is confusing is when the black officer screams at him to get on the ground while the other officer is "holding" him, not allowing him to make a move towards the ground...But at the same time the dude should have just dropped to his knees...(Damn he got pepper sprayed too) The random dude that came and got yelled out by the cops is lucky he didn't arrested too...Just stay away from that sh*t if it doesn't affect you...Okay when the second white police officer arrives, I'm thinking he's going to diffuse the situation but just adds more to it with his own kick/knee...that shit was so unnecessary...So that joint was 4 against 1...What do you guys think?

OLYMPICS (SO FAR)

Okay...so I didn't really appreciate the Olympics in China until yesterday...I saw the relay that everyone else saw..The 4X100 swimming relay in which the announcer was going crazy...There was so much drama with the French dudes because one of them was talking trash saying how he was going to win and all that "We'll smash the Americans" But then the Americans just kept it moving...did that swimming..the funny thing is that if you remember, the announcer was all set on France winning the gold and USA just taking the silver until Jason Lezak started doing incredible stuff, mounting a comeback with like 40 M left to swim...I think Phelps realized how crazy it was too:


Yup...the man let out a roar...he's basically a dolphin...So the next thing I saw was today when Phelps was going for his third gold medal in the 200M freestyle and it was straight up W's all the way...Wasn't even close...The only thing that kept up with him was the World Record Line but then he moved away from that too...I sat with my friends in awe because the dude does this in his sleep...But don't forget about who else placed...Peter Vanderkaay was third, got that bronze and kept it moving...The medal ceremony is funny because Phelps has been through this so much that he looks annoyed...But that quest goes on...

Now on to gymnastics...People were sleeping on the Americans because we didn't have the Hamm brothers (yea I know my sh*t people) They really were unstoppable but both of them got injured and could not make the team...here's some video though:







Yea they are twins people...but did you see the landings?!! I really don't care what else you do in that routine...if the landing sucks then it's a wrap...If I was a coach, I would personally rip you apart...But the Americans were able to place third even when they were not contenders for any type of medal...Come on now!! This is America we're talking about...I have so much respect for gymnasts...bodies are strong, mad focused, a lot of work...and I was in BK watching this with my peoples and once that landing was perfect it's like we were in the stands in China...amazing...celebrating, high fives, and more...and this is only the gymnastics part of it...We are busting ass in basketball (knock on wood) and track & field is still like a week away...I think the track & field part is when feelings get hurt because it's all about who is the fastest...Trinidad against Jamaica, US against Trinidad, Asafa Powell, Usain Bolt...It's really about bragging rights for the Labor Day Parade in New York...hahaha...

So a long time ago Plies was taking auditions for his "Bust it Baby" reality television show and was holding a open cast for, I guess, bust it babies...and here is what happened:



So yea...that is what happened...I want to get some feedback on this...Like, does this justify the use of the word bitches and hoes in the hip hop culture? Were they acting like bust it babies? What is your definition of a bust it baby? How do my black females feel about this? What about the white people? Can I be a bust it dude?

To tell you the truth I thought a bust it baby was just a joint on the side you wanted to smash..or a girl that's on the roster (like Mr. DCTOBC would say) but after listening to the song it means more than that really...I'll tackle it in the comments with yall if yall make moves...if not then we can just settle on that...If need listen/watch the video for the song:

Well first Bernie Mac, now Isaac Hayes...RIP to both of them...Of course everyone knows Hayes for the work he did as Chef and creating the theme song for Shaft...Officials say they found him unconscious next to a still running treadmill...He was pronounced dead shortly after 2:00 PM...This is wild...I knew more about his latest stuff in South Park rather than his music but I'm sure he was great...I even remember his voice on KISS FM 98.7, in New York...Damn...Keep him and his family in your prayers and enjoy his videos right now...

So I'm trying to get my Olympics on right now...So i go on ESPN, try to figure out what other sports are out there...So I came across Handball...I'm from the BX so I don't really know what handball they were talking about...The handball I know of is the one that uses a blue bouncy rubber ball and involves hands smacking the ball against the wall...Sort of like Tennis but with hands...But the Handball that is played internationally and officially is very different...Here take a look:



So I guess the defenders are allowed to push and shove but no one can be in that shaded area except for the goalie...Which is why so many of them are jumping before they take the shot and are allowed to land in the area after they shoot the ball...Well all I'm saying is that it looks pretty cool and America needs to be on it...I'm sure it's surfacing places but I'm talking about being part of the movement...Lets do it people..WHO'S DOWN?!!
